What We Do
Every year, 10 tournaments are scheduled from April through September with a club "Classic" held in early October. Our club format consists of 2 divisions - boater and non-boater draw tournaments. Anglers in both divisions accumulate points, competing for the title of "Angler of the Year". Almost all tournaments are single day events, except for the "Classic", which is a 2-day event.
As a member of the Illinois Bass Federation Nation, we also
qualify and send teams to the 6-Man State Qualifier tournament, with a chance to make it to the Northern Divisional tournament, the BASS Federation National Championship and ultimately, the Bassmaster Classic.
As a member of WSBA, we also support our communities and youth organizations. Annually, we host a special conservation project and also participate in the support of Make a Wish Foundation through fund-raising and raffle. Many of our members are highly involved with the sport of High School Bass Fishing.
